The historic port of Valletta is a 25-minute drive from Dolmen Hotel Malta, and on-site parking is available for an additional charge. Based on a philosophy of using genuine and authentic Maltese produce of the highest quality and following time-honoured methods of preparation, the Dolmen Hotel is one of the best dining places in Malta to appreciate delicious international and national cuisine.

Carvv Steakhouse is the latest addition to the Dolmen Hotel outlets. It is our interpretation of the traditional and sought after American Steakhouse. Within the premises, we have combined a bistro-like ambiance with that bold steakhouse flare that also translates onto our delectable dishes.

Unpretentious but beautifully prepared Mediterranean cuisine is served for lunch and dinner at Menhir restaurant. The Menhir is also the venue where a full buffet breakfast is served, catering for all tastes.

The Cafe Delos, located on the Qawra Front, is the ideal venue for young and old, offering a tempting Italian a la carte dinner menu featuring hot and cold antipasti, fresh salads, delicious pasta dishes and a wide range of pizzas. The Café Delos also offers an extensive range of hot take-away dishes for dining in the sophisticated surroundings of your own house.

The freshest fish and seafood can be savoured at Batubulan Sunset Grill, a stylish beachfront eatery with the resort’s lively Beach Club next door.

Oracle Casino Pasta & Grill

The Oracle Casino Pasta & Grill is open between Wednesday and Sunday for dinner from 7pm till midnight. Reservations are recommended. Look for special promotions given regularly at the Brasserie. Also open daily for lunch from 12pm till 3pm. The lunch menu is only €7 while the Sunday Buffet Lunch is only €10. Take time out to enjoy the Oracle Casino Pasta & Grill, a place to relax and catch up with friends. The Brasserie is a modern, city-style restaurant within the casino itself. We have created an a la carte menu which blends the flair of international dining with distinct colours and flavours of the Mediterranean. Choose from a variety of antipasti, pasta dishes and fresh fish to a selection of contemporary specialties. With regular themed evenings and nightly live entertainment, the Oracle and the Oracle Casino Pasta & Grill uniquely combine to give you two nights out in one, the fun of the Casino with the pleasure of dining.
